I enjoy your sense of humor.I was toying with this one.Hey you know your getting post cards by the dozens.. but did you know 95% who say they are cash buyers are really just trying to tie up your home and flip it for a huge profit..

Also dont get over your ski tips.. your taking a junior position and as such you should make VERY Big interest like 20% or higher. or part of the profit.. because in essance your person is doing the deal with no skin in the game cash wise.. what happens in a water landing.. and the first goes into foreclosure can you stroke and check and pay the first off. 

You say, feed the kid this, watch this on TV, play with these toys, put the kid to bed at this time.

Am a single parent with two kids, one of whom is about to enter college; can't afford to make a silly mistake.
