Possibly the investor is looking for Bird dogs to feed him or her deals.

@Glenn Hoffman I’m using Stessa and having issues with the bank feed - it tends to stop working every few weeks with one particular bank I use but not the other.

Have you looked at houses that rent for more money that don't have all the condo feed?

When the prototype came out and it looked promising, one high profile VC took the jump, then everybody followed like a shark feeding frenzy. 

a few hundred bucks with an attorney at this stage who is proficient in RE.. or meeting with a VETERAN real estate broker who has 20 plus years in the industry.. something like that and pay for their time it will be cheap in the long run.. you may not even be describing what they want to do properly.so the feed back your getting of course is negative..

I've learned that the fire goes out much quicker if you don't feed it.
