I've got a property closing mid-August, so plenty of lead time, and it's a more or less light renovation, kitchen cabinets, some tile, a little bit of work on the bathrooms, etc (with the exception of some foundation stuff, luckily Rick above recommended someone for that already) and in Beacon Hill.

Look up her name at the Recorder's office to see if you can find any more information or deeds filed with her on it.You could also try scanning through the articles of organization for her LLC on the SOS website.You could try truepeoplesearch or thatsthem or other online resources to see if any family members come up and repeat all these processes with them.You could also chat up your other neighbors and see if any of them know how to reach her.If you can identify a previous MLS sale, you could contact the agent and involve them in the transaction to get paid if they're able to connect you two and you end up buying the place.If you're hellbent, there's a lot of stuff you can try!

.   :-)Now, I probably wouldn't buy sight unseen either, BUT I can absolutely help someone else do it, and I treat all my clients like they are my own mom: telling them exactly where I'm buying and avoiding, setting realistic income expectations, and referring them to other good professionals for the stuff that I don't do.

airlines don't keep them.. and of course my credit card proved it but that was not enough.. even though I matched the credit card to hotel stays in the cities i do business and then matched that up to huds and all sorts of business contacts.. power points of presentations i made at reias around the country etc etc.. and other stuff like soft staging my wife buys for her listings..
