Individual guaranteeIf the guarantee is going to be a single entity LLC then it is WORTHLESS.

You can pay for them individually by month, or you can get them all for $30/month. 

I also hit up individual investors in that market and start building relationships with them - they can help with all aspects - choosing people, neighborhoods, etc. and may eventually feed you deals. 

The past five years and the associated learning curve has left me with little expendable cash so I need to play the waiting game for a bit and build some capitol.

Locally stored and anylzed video is of 4k quality and has lot more information than a grainy upload.In the case these is no existing camera monitoring for individual units ( most apartment complexes), our system builds the solution from scratch.Krishna.

@Grant GriffithsI'd keep looking into that lease option (contract sell) type of stuff.On the feedback: the possible correctable ones I see there are:Plant a cheap row of young plants that way at least when the concern of backing to an apartment comes up, you can play up the long term that there will be a privacy hedgerow.The other two concerns I doubt you can do much about at this point.Good luck.
