We're gutting the house down to the drywall or studs and making every surface new including a complete kitchen/bath tear out and opening up a small section of wall. 

These secret bookcases or passages may range from simply having an in-wall mini bar or secret closet all the way to a panic room.My main reason for doing this is that it will drive interest to my properties and advertisements as portfolio increases.
