Gas vs Electric oven/range in a $320k arv house

About to take ownership on a new flip which will have an arv around $320k.

We're gutting the house down to the drywall or studs and making every surface new including a complete kitchen/bath tear out and opening up a small section of wall.

Furnace/water heater are both gas, but the current kitchen is all electric.  My plumber is quoting $800 to pull a gas line into the kitchen for a gas range/oven hookup.

Would you all recommend leaving it electric and saving money (cost for the range/oven itself is about even between gas and electric), or would you step up and spend close to a thousand more to get a gas range on a flip?

@Christian Wathne

I would add the gas and keep the electrical outlet as well.  This give the flexibility to the future owners to put in what they want.   Gas is a premium option in my mind.  So if you are going premium in other areas then go gas.
