And if the same ninja investors were to post there, I'm sure they would get a much better taste of reality.As an example, I recently saw a post where a new BP member without much of a profile or picture who allegedly wholesales 13 million to 1 billion commercial properties wanting to know how to find investors.  

Don't have much of a profile yet but will be working on updating it.

This is a pretty complex process, but could yield some very impressive results for you and the area.

I'm new to the real estate investment realm, and the success stories on the site are pretty impressive.

I was under the impression that they take place every 1-3 years depending on the county/neighborhood. 

Yet I am relatively new at this, and I get the impression that he strings me along.

That's the impression I am getting - to go with the accessory apartment.
