I have always thought about this exact same topic but can’t put my finger on the exact implementation of it.

@Kyle Spearin airbnb automated is a good chanel to follow on youtube.

Automate as much as possible. put your property on booking.com, Airbnb, FlipKey, and VRBO.

My concerns are due to the neighborhood and potential tenants as they were previously comfortable with a traditional process as opposed to an automated convenient method.

@Greg Dickerson, I was thinking of tracking everything involved in unit turnovers and rehab to get an accurate forecast of the value-add implementation.

Not yet implemented, but it will likely improve options for your property in the future.

My group saw the opportunity to improve efficiency with online advertising, virtual tours, as well as the implementation of RUBS and other fees to increase top line revenue.

The reason I do it in this order is that 1) it's easier and more automated to send DM & 2) it's an easier lead into the conversation when you follow up with someone via cold calling, RVM, etc. when you sent a letter to them already.

I would like to build a website for it so I can automate the process so with that in mind how difficult will this process be?
