Hi all,I'm running into the following error when trying to verify my identity to view the credit/background check in Cozy.co:---We were unable to connect to Experian.There was a problem communicating with Experian, please try again.

@Pawan Pandey go to Redfin or Zillow switch the filters to sold listings within last year and see what shows for houses with similar features to yours.

Oops my last post got removed,Hemlane and Tenant Cloud are supposed to be good for smaller landlords and offer the features you are looking for. 

Surest way to do that if you don't have connections to people with $$$ is by creating your platform and identity by summarizing what you're finding with others (think YouTube, Instagram, FaceBook, even BiggerPockets).
