One of the reasons that seller's hire a listing agent is for that agent to handle interactions with buyers, or with buyers' agents.

Presently, my full time job is with the Connecticut DOT, in the Office of Rights of Way, which handles legal real estate from project management to land acquisition, title work, document prep, closings and excess land disposition.

The residential property disclosure is required by law for all real estate transactions in Ohio... with a few exceptions (attorneys handling an estate sale is really the only exemption, aside from sheriff sales and foreclosures).

Other than price, my main care about is the closer which handles the paperwork, communicates with you and the lender, and handles coordinating the closing.

That's how I would handle it as a renter, that's how I would expect my tenants to respond.

What recommendations do you all have for making a deal like this work and finding a team to handle it?

The pros of condo rentals is that you don't have to handle/pay for exterior maintenance or lawn care (outside of your dues).
