Anyways, people come up with all sorts of ways to get around it.

They should be sorting this out for you.Junk haulers are more costly, IMO.  

It's sort of a lot of work to organize these things.

I will say using my 401k funds was sort of a back up plan to pay cash upfront.

There's all sorts of advocates and motivational speakers for MLM and REI both who try to convince you that hard work and a positive attitude are a sure path to dreams, wealth, and riches. 

I agree with @Russell Brazil I just started my preferred agent status on BP and although not every lead is going to close, I have received a lead of some sort almost daily!

While saying sellers don't want to waste their time we have to stop and remember the buyers are often putting everything they built up throughout their entire life into a property and many sellers are liars and real bast..when it comes to pulling the plugs on buyers because they think they have some sort of godly rights.I had a 24-unit property in escrow for $2.25 million.

One wants to sell, one doesn't, one doesn't care and they all can't come to some sort of friendly agreement....so one goes to court to partition.
