The tenants understand the rules and will follow them much closer.

This home was seen to be a lot worse with the walk through without owner as I could look at things closer and more in depth.  

Make a plan going forward, like after the bonus payment, pay x amount more than you do now towards your debt each month, and see it as a step closer to the goal with each payment.  

I would expect to pay closer to $700 in nj.

They are looking to relocate back closer to our home town.

I would much rather have a flood of applications and be super picky about my tenants than find some place that may be physically closer to me, but have to deal with vacancies, and/or shady tenants.

My exit strategy would be to sell my properties when I am closer to retiring.

I am currently purchasing properties in Indy and in South-west Ohio and am now looking to expand toward a market closer to home.
