One of the most significant advances in my perspective over the last 7 or 8 years has been the increase of QIs and states starting to request and require using dual signatory  segregated accounts.  

You should also have "fresh eyes" stress test it also.

So long as your unit is fresh, new, and clean you'll be fine.
