We perked the land and found out that we have to do an engineered field and have those plans paid for and ready to go. 

As I've been reading more on the forums, I'm realizing I should get someone that specializes in this field.

Help me learn a ton about this brand new field to me2.

Most of their field employees seem to be independant contractors.

I miss going down there for the football games and to visit friends. 

And please, please, please can you do something with MN United so fam stops laughing when we say "we have football too".

Since I'm brand new (literally just started looking into REI about a week or so ago) there are some numbers and percentages on the calculator that I find difficult to estimate due to lack of experience in this field.

Stable meaning at least 1 year in a field and that there is a high likelihood that the income will continue for 3 years into the future. 

If you are self-managing then you'll want to determine the rental value, (strongly recommend) have professional photos, video, and 3D model made, put together the listing and publish on all relevant listing websites, and field the inquiries.
