I’m a mother of 4 my husband calls himself a corporate slave and that’s the reason I’m determined to become financially independent I have always been around real estate or had something to do with it.

It REALLY, REALLY sucks to tear out an old plaster bathroom ceiling with a tenant in place and it would suck (financially) even more to have a property management company play a plumbing company $90/hour plus their up charge to tear it out and make repairs and then pay someone else to install a new ceiling.I look for properties EVERY SINGLE DAY in the greater Akron market.

I am actively developing a business plan for the future  I am trying to narrow down the route to go down within real estate, but currently am eyeing small multifamily properties such as duplexes, tris, and quads and from there, get into large complexes like apartments and condos once I am more experience and financially stable.

Like I said, I don’t believe there’s a wrong way, any investment strategy can lead you to financial freedom!

This type of arrangement would give her a stable source of income, until you finish school, and get financially established. 

(We live in the same area I'm searching in) So I though why not be the owner occupier financially fronted mostly by me.
