I would recommend a smaller, local bank for this.If you spend the majority of your time focusing on these 3 pieces of your team, I believe the other pieces you listed will more naturally fall into place, and save you time rather than screening a bunch of different people for the job(s).

I've read through the forums and I am inspired by many of the success stories found on these forums.Currently, I've read through J Scott and Brandon Turner's books; Good resources and lays the foundation quite well.I'm aware of the pitfalls many newcomers fall into, and with the tight market I'm sure it's not the easiest of paths.Doesn't matter.

@Kevin Schaefer,Seems to me you're missing a couple of key elements here:- a buyer- the numbers on the propertyUntil you know the numbers for certain, it will fall to a potential buyer to do that research.

@Doug McLeod I'm going to do a little bit more research and talk to some people about getting a loan in my name and see if there's anything I can do to get the property under my LLC (trying to avoid any sort of liability falling onto me).
