-Costco, retailers and distributors aren’t taking advantage of distressed sellers....they serve a function in logistics, distributing and getting products from manufacturers to where consumers can buy them and they have to do it in an efficient and cost effective to remain competitive-over 90% of wholesalers will never make a living doing it, so there is no jealousy/envy factor

We get evictions done pretty cheaply due to our volume, and can't imagine a DIY could actually get it done more efficiently.
