I posted on FB that I was going to start buying rental property and this guy reached out to me from high school and said he had a property he had been trying to sell.

It is a common misconception; "Area Norte" (in spanish - meaning Nrothern area) referrs to the coastal municipalities as far West as Mayaguez-ish and west starting in Barceloneta/Florida area.

I am starting my journey to Rental Property.

Don't even get me started on passive investor door counts.

Nothing was up to the new 2020 codes when we started renovating last year.

The clock starts when you settle on the first property, but you can start looking for a replacement before you settle and before the clock starts. 

Once you start accumulating a good amount of real estate, apps like mint or monarch can't handle the sheer volume of mortgages, credit cards, banks etc.

Have you thought about different strategies you'd be interested in when you're ready to start investing?

I am doing this because this is not the only property I intend to buy so I thought I should start off with an LLC now.
