isnt birgdogging illegal if you do it without a RE license?

I have plenty of very solid references and desire to establish relationships with other investors on projects across the US (and beyond).Let me know if this sounds like something that might interest you.

I will not be suprised at all to see some appraisers lose their licenses in the coming months and years.

Well the reason why I haven't been able to invest is that I want to establish income first.

I videotape cabinet doors/drawers opening and closing, toilet flushing, faucets on and off, light switch on/off, doors opening/closing, walls, ceiling, light fixtures, flooring, exteriors, front/back yards, front door, garage, Tenant's automobile(s) including license plates, etc.

What is helpful about getting a license are the classes -- they teach you basics and the law.
