Much of this neighborhood is called Hyde Park, and the surrounding areas from State Line to Troost Ave represent some quality gentrification neighborhoods.All the best

I am new to the real estate and investing field and looking top meet up with experienced investors or agent investors in the Cleveland and surrounding areas to network and learn!

Also two weeks ago the Chronicle ran an extensive article in the Business section regarding the boom we are seeing in the natural gas industry and companies have made large investments and bought commercial property around town and other surrounding areas in regards to that industry as well. 

My company has done several deals in Montana and the surrounding area due to the abundance of rural land for investment. 

The zoning official stated that it is not unlikely to get this reclassified and residential/mf because of its surrounding property types.

I don't want to diminish the idea of keeping ourselves safe, but if you look at how many showings there are across the country compared to the number of incidents like this I'd say you're probably more likely to be injured or killed on the drive to the showing.

Another reason to go MF is I only have to drive to one location as opposed to all around town.

I know in some communities, "schools" may be a driving factor  and the supply and demand of property values will go up.
