New to real estate investing in Essex County NJ

Hello, I am a new investor in Newark and surrounding areas looking to start my buy and hold after rehabbing in the area. I relocated from SC where I had lived for about 15 years and we did some rehabbing and flipping there.  This market is very different and im looking to establish a team of go getters who would like to work with me. 

I have been reading so much information here I have joined multiple groups and websites as to begin increasing my circle. Thank you for all your knowledge and information. Finding people who understand that there is enough for everyone is rare.
