I currently have an eBay store where I buy and sell apple products and turn a profit so I already have the "buy low, sell high" mentality.

I've already spoken to the city zoning department on some issues, but they have no clue what the restrictions may be of its historical classification (if any).

I don't think there is an area where someone does not need extra space to store stuff, cars, trucks, motorcycles etc...and especially in the colder or wet climates.Thanks,matt

Check with your City water and sewer department.  

I would call the permits & application department for your town/county. 

You can buy something that measures those in garden centers and big box stores.

We have a 30 x 40 shop for him to store his tools and build/repair as needed for his work. 2) No kids, so don't have to worry about an additional vehicle now or in the future.3) As a female, bigger garage would by my husband's thing, not mine.
