i have passed up great buys in other areas of the country because I couldn't find a professional management company only real estate agents who manage a property or two for clients and little to no real management experience.Even when I lived in CdA for a couple of years I didn't mange my properties.

Glad to see you here...Btw, for anyone interested in both the strategic and tactical aspects of analyzing, bidding on and buying large multi-unit properties, Sean is a great resource...as best I can tell, he spends most of his days jet-setting around the country looking at large apartment deals...  :-)

The other negative aspects (fixable) were the bathroom layouts, kitchen layout, and condition.NOTE: Please keep in mind that the numbers I am using in this example are not always typical of the exact costs in my area and certainly not in all areas of the country.
