The last house I did was 95% stucco and the windows had a flange around the outside, not a block style.

I would recommend creating a new listing and blocking out the dates that are already booked, and then having seller and buyer co-host the existing bookings on the sellers account.

I would definitely add some steel grates and wood lugs, maybe a screen and tiles or stones on concrete area.
