Selling a property with existing airbnb bookings

I'm currently selling a condo for a client that has Airbnb bookings through October.  Does anyone know the easiest way to handle these bookings between the buyer and seller?  Airbnb told me they would have to co-host the reservations currently on the books, but that would expose both buyer and seller to any negative feedback that could come from the others potential mismanagement.  Is there a cleaner way to transfer?
