We do NOT have the same crazy system on mortgage-backed securities we had in 08/09, or to be more accurate the Jenga stack of gambles is not built in a way as it was.

The main rule was that you ALREADY HAD TO HAVE CHOSEN AND MOVED INTO a place,  because they wouldn't risk you not getting one of the places shown.

This year we included some goals/plans for our primary residence (turn basement into apartment, rebuild decks, design and build front porch), some personal goals (establish and maintain a healthy eating plan, go to the gym at least twice per week, read and discuss 6 books, one book is to be chosen by our partner), and business goals (find an accountant, analyze present loans and refinance if it makes sense, add 20 doors to our portfolio).
