I know that filing a claim can cause some issues when searching for insurance on the next property.

My renter hit hard times and decided the thing to do was to disappear, leaving behind several months of unpaid rent and a trashed house. That's the backstory, and here's the new twist...I just got a letter from a lawn...

Current lawyer never returns calls ir emails and is taking forever which can cause me to lose deal.

The problem is the agreed upon rent ($1300) is causing a negative cash flow of about $200, as my total mortgage payment w/ escrow is about $1500. 

This seems like the first time I may have a decent shot and making a real move but not sure how to do it cause its a realtor and listing and the others are apparently not listed yet. 

I just found out the cause of my $700 bill (it's normally $300, and I split it with my tenant next door).

He caused the damage.

PM doesn't mind, though, because they pocket another kick back under the table ...Poor tenant screening/selection, which causes increase in late payments (for which PM collects a late fee for themselves), evictions (for which PM collects a fee for), extra repairs (for which the PM gets kickbacks for), greater and more frequent turnover (for which the PM gets an extra fee for) and vacancy ... seeing a pattern here?

This is a situation where higher rates could cause higher prices.
