You will learn a lot about the market, opportunities others have found and the many different strategies and perspectives employed in this City. 

Coming together has allowed me to build relationships with the players/pieces that need to be in place to make it a successful environment and there have been bumps along the way no doubt and we learned so much, but you can't get anywhere you want to go in life without learning the lessons you need to get there.  

I may or may not be investing alone but I do have a friend that is interested in learning along with me.

Learn as much as you can from their scenarios and study the markets you would like to get started investing in.
