Unless you just want a website for people to goto when you hand them a business card, then SEO (search engine optimization) is the hardest park.

BiggerPockets & Facebook leads are easy to identify the source as it's obvious.As for which search engine search is resulting in a closed deal that is a little bit more difficult to decipher.

As part of the land purchase, I feel it would be best to present all of the revenue generation options upfront for each property before starting geological, environmental, and civil surveys.I would appreciate any insight on creating value post-purchase, identifying suitable revenue options, forecasting, estimation of potential returns during development, key team members to add (engineers, surveyors, etc.), and deal structuring (I am raising funds for the purchase so insight into owner-financing options, etc. would be great).Thanks for replying,Ryan

It's a burned out shell. 

A real engineer can follow blue prints, but when a problem arises they can solve the problem through their knowledge.

I have a background in construction, and a degree in architecture, and I work in the commercial millwork industry now as an engineer, and my wife used to be a licensed property manager, so we were pretty comfortable with landlording.

:) My education is in engineering from Purdue...so Go Boilers!!

As a mechanical engineer, I would think those floor plans are rather easy to make.  

Keep up the hard work. thanks, i figured if i bought my leads and used yellow letters to send them out for me ill come out cheaper vs doing them at home and sending them off my self. but until i make money ill do it my self to feel the burn lol i appreciate the motivation sometimes in this business the small things go along way
