Newbie from Wolcottville, Indiana

Hello all -

I'm fairly new to real estate investing...started last September. Should be closing on my third duplex this Friday. I'm using the buy n hold, cash flow strategy. 

I used to hold a general contractors license when I built my previous house...wish I would have retained that! :) My education is in engineering from Purdue...so Go Boilers!!

I'm really enjoying sifting thru all the information on BP. I feel like I've found a new home!
