Its hard to believe that someone already has reached out and uses a lender right here in Williamsport.Having multiple rental properties has always been a dream of mine, unfortunately poor money management kept it from becoming reality for far too long.

Now those do look like hardwood floors, but those have some really brutal damage.

The image of a rich person sitting around counting stacks of money is not based in reality. 

That's the dream, but not the reality for most landlords.

If they are insulted by your offer or simply do not counter then the reality is they either do not wish to negotiate or the spread was too great, either way I walk away knowing there was no deal to be had.

I understand people try to sell dreams and don't face reality.

I'm researching lease options and looking for the true realities involving this type of transaction.
