I've heard the condos in Weirs are doing well, but investors I've spoken to are not convinced the Weirs in Laconia is a great place to invest in at this time (although the Town Planner has done specific things to improve that main area that attracts all the Bike Week crowd). 

It looks attractive to me esp with mortgage rates I'm seeing.KC, from what I read, has a lot of renter, about 48% of the market, high occupancy rate. 

What is it that attracts you to the SoCal market by the way?

We all know we have a 5-7yr run before we go backwards again...so if the hedge is appreciation and they have a good feel for the crystal ball fall in that local market, then I guess if cashflow is positive they just may have to give some back down the road.Have no idea what the Seller is doing on this deal either unless they own this free and clear and plan on selling off their note which is not all that attractive..lolSimply speaking...NEXT!

What attractions/features can ppl recommend to get a sense of what's out there??

As my business is growing, I've grown more attracted to finding someone to work for me part/full-time as an assistant that helps mold my internal processes with me.

I am finding KC to be an attractive market this year with reasonable prices and good returns!  

Social media market is all the rage but most people have exactly no idea how it works or how to use it  Social media is just like gravity, you want to gather as much mass as you can, this mass will attract other like minded individuals toward you. 

This I think would also make their protection plans more attractive.

Edit: These are general q's, not directed at you OP.Would you like to collect a handful of assignment fees or would you like to build a relationship that could potentially provide free leads as long as there is breath in the lungs of your prospect?
