You could ask one of the attorneys you know from various closings, if you are in a state that has attorneys close deals (vs. escrow companies), or search on the local bar organization's website, or search here on BP for attorneys (though I think the individual would need to be from your state). 

or an organization for hire that specializes in running comp analysis for traditional residential resale scenarios?
