Be thankful you are not in a hospital bed unable to help your family, or being there for a loved one or friend.  

I own a 3 bed 2 unit few blocks away with no off street parking and have no problems getting too dollar comparable to any other rental in the neighborhood.

I've seen a brick wall apartment building with 8 -2 bed units that I like, it was built in the 60s.

We bought 10 acres off of Crown Valley north of the freeway and we are developing the property into a 4 bed 2 bath SFR as our primary residence.
