I don't see Tech going anywhere (more likely to get a tenant) and I'll take the college aged tenants (despite the bad reputation of doing so.)

Hanging on to a property for any reason other than financial, is an emotional decision...or a bad poker move. 

Further, school quality os a critical factor.

I'm just curious, why has it been a bad experience so far?

The listing agent they hired was terrible with blurry pics, bad descriptions and no open houses.

We are starting to work on Tiny Homes as a project direction -- our program has several years of experience in construction and building quality homes and now I am trying to get to know the regulations and guidelines for Tiny Homes.Would love to connect with anyone else in this Tiny Home world to grown and learn! 

There's too much gray area with lease options and lots of pending litigation, I don't think I'm equipped to answer this.

Dwelling (Building coverage)The limit should be based on the Replacement Cost of the building (cost to rebuild withthe same kind and quality excluding the foundation)2.

However that is generally a bad idea and rarely works out well.
