The DAPT portion of the trust would no longer have any assets in it, they migrated and the transfer would be done, to the FAPT portion of the trust, and the offshore trustee would already automatically be triggered, and nothing the US judge can do about it.

So the realtor handles everything until it gets to closing, it moves seamlessly to closing, then after closing it moves automatically to property management.
