The attractions to San Diego are many, from the amazing nightlife and frequent festivals/events, to the beaches.

It's not an attractive deal for you at all.........

Also keep in mind your talking about B + to A inventory IE meaning very nice owner occ neighborhoods and or new construction. there are plenty of houses but a huge amount of them are in areas that ONLY attract investors they do not attract owner occupants..there by making this shortage even worse. 

No school debt, on the job training, and a skillset that would give you good income when you work for a customer/employer, and significant labor cost savings on your own properties when you can do the work yourself.

Therefore, you will see the different sides: customer service, maintenance, collections, screening, renewals, leasing, IT, etc. 

Yes, there can be nice properties in there, but I find it hard to believe numbers would work considering it's not attractive to visit for half the year.

This is probably being rented out as a ltr my guess is and it has very limited upside as place is a very small apartment and will not appreciate exponentially so it’s not the kind of investment that I find very attractive. 

I own the building next door which has been done with high end laminate wood plank and nice touches and it looks brand new, clean, and attracts professional people.

Should I be looking at other types of loans to be more attractive to sellers and refinancing later on down the line?
