Overall, we had 8 applicants the first day, and we ended up renting it to a young family that had called first - made 4x the rent, had a kid in the school across the street, and had parents, friends, and other family in the same neighborhood.

Adrien Schebott I think they are very high volume agents with big teams.if you click on this link and then look at the team you will see this realtor has 10 or more agents underneath him.Mark Ferguson in Denver has the same approach vis a vi team building.. in essence one broker is running a company within a company.. and the commissions are shared between the team members with money all funneled up to the top dog.

Any BP members who read this intro and have some ideas, as a newbie I'd eat EVERY bit of information up.A realtor that also manages properties isn't a bad idea.Bay Area stock of multi-unit isn't priced as crazily, for what you get, as our SFR stock.Make sure you understand the rent control laws, if applicable, in the towns you are looking at.

Since I didn't pull for 1 yr, they closed the account and stated they no longer take landlord accounts.I can not find any other company that lets me input the tenants information and social security number based on a signed application and pull the report.

As far as the security deposit, should I just refund it (if applicable) to the guy at the end of the lease and tell them all, that they will just have to work it out amongst themselves?
