The best they are willing to do is a 3 month interest-only extension.Can commercial lenders still legally foreclose on Landlords who do not make their mortgage payments for the next 90 days, or does this law only apply to residential mortgages and homeowners?

While there are many things we can discuss on this one thing I am seeing over and over is the wide gap between number of calls/emails from commercial tenants as opposed to residential.
