Oh, and as far as vacation housing, that is in fact a bit of a different animal and doesn't sound quite like what you are looking for.

In certain markets they seem to be pretty accurate; in other markets, the numbers might as well have been drummed up by an animated potato with arms.

And that was just to a prospective applicant that wanted to stretch my accepting 1 animal into 2 or 3. 

My biggest concern is other animals accidentally eating the bait if they destroyed the bait station.
