I'm curious if you're committed to investing in FL or if you have interest in looking in more affordable markets.

Their bedroom is FULL of knick-knacks and furniture including their 4 poster bed - all which need to be moved out of the room so the repairs can be made to the ceiling.

@Dave Spooner I think people may be leaving the Northeast for a few reasons:Harsh winters, since temperatures and snow can be intense in the region.Job availability is another factor since many companies are avoiding the region.The Northeast is also home to many cities with a high cost of living, making housing affordability challenging, especially as people lose their jobs.

We shoot idiots into space on rockets and build flying cars, bragging about how good technology is getting, but my county alone is 80,000 affordable housing units short of demand...we are in a housing crisis that we as a nation have never experienced...Housing a bunch of high wage earning white people is just not appealing to me on any level.

But ultimately, it's grossly unfair to landlords to use two different data sets - one of them invisible - for affordable housing prices.

This choice and the freedoms it affords optimize for liberty while arguably stabilizing the system for the collective.
