Anyone in this space, i would love to learn what you know or atleast love to speak on this space with you as I know it’s best to speak with someone actively doing it.

I don't know of any way to verify he isn't playing games if he is smart about it.

Some charge me yearly others are 3, 5 or 10 years but I can’t think of a scenario this would work me unless I inherited a $500k IRA or really wanted to manage all these accounts & fees & IRS contribution & withdrawal rules or I took on a large gamble investment for a 30 to 100% return & got into active market again like flipping houses, etc.I guess I would rather pay the IRS less than a company like Quest IRA?

@Brett Grabowski, If all of those single member LLCs have elected to be taxed as sole proprietors and do not file their own tax returns and all activity of the real estate is reported on your own Sched E then you are actually the tax payer for all.
