In your very first post, you never made any mention of having a problem with someone making money - they had their defensive guns drawn it seems.It's cool that you've never done a deal in this fashion but are open to the concept -- you're the kind of investor that will be good to deal with and can do continuous business with a wholesaler and will understand their value in the marketplace.Best of luck!

The only draw back is the "reasons" to get the iPhone 5 deal more with aesthetics and not really any utility or things that actually matter if you're looking at this as a tool and not a fashion piece.Non-the-less, here is the case FOR an iPhone 5:- It has a much better camera in dim-light.

No matter what way I look at it if the tenant even makes minimum wage and gas is cheapest in the country they are spending a huge magnitude more in time and gas using the old fashioned method of hand delivering money orders and checks than going online to make a payment.
