@Ben Rice I wish it was legal, I'd figure out a way to buy/establish a "primary residence" in Las Vegas so I'd never have to pay California income taxes!

Places like New Orleans and Vegas and NYC aren't as friendly as places like Pigeon Forge or Branson.6. 

Even in las vegas, they would have stopped you from making this kind of bet.

I know of an amazing lender here in Vegas that I trust enough to do my own mortgages (and have) that is also licensed in CA.

I just jumped on their website.. and see they are in Vegas.. and many other larger markets..I also see of course they are licensed real estate brokerages.. which should give most unlicensed wholesalers a clue but anyway.. are they affecting your deal flow. ??

That ain't my world.Well I live in Vegas right now where the police don't really respond for relatively serious issues, mostly cause they're too busy policing the knuckleheads who can't hold their liquor down on the strip.How is he "going after the guy" when the guy has no money to begin with?
