A one-car side of house garage would fill in unused space on the side of the house and leave a much bigger backyard.A two-car backyard garage would obviously hold two cars and/or more storage but would cut up a lot of backyard space and make the space on the side of the house useable only as a longer driveway.Any thoughts on which might be better/worse for property value would be greatly appreciated!

It's dated but in decent condition.There is a detached concrete block building of about 1200 sqft in pretty fair condition- the roof has some leaks, it was formerly a tire shop.The location is in a mixed use area- one neighbor is residential the other is self storage facility. 

Hi BP Fam,I am curious to see what everyone considers fair for allocating ownership in an equity partnership, specifically for self storage.

Purchased it for $179k and had a mortgage payment of $900/m.I rented out the 5 bedrooms for $400/each to 5 of my friends and I slept in the storage room for 3 years while living rent free and making $1,200/m!

The seller is not willing to remove tank and is asking to take it as is.

I just got an offer of 45k cash if I put in a furnace and "water tank".

Replacing 3 leaking hot water tanks and the wooden floors underneath them in 3 months. 

This has held true for past multifamily syndications as well as in our funds that invest in mobile home parks and self-storage.

We’re we’re in self storage, mixed use, and office space in Albany, NY.Working on a new space to house a daycare now.

The 1st PPP helped a lot with our self-storage employees, but we're okay right now.
