Is it possible to get a loan term with a lender that covers multiple properties sold together as a package?

We have a strong case- we have multiple emails discussing how this individual would infact make a good tenant and the complainant did not submit her application until another tenant had been accepted.

Still can't delete the colleague, despite multiple emails from support that they are fixing/have fixed it.  

Setting up an LLC with multiple members means that you are either going to be treated as a partnership or a corporation for tax purposes.
