Try to obtain the list of actual writ of possession executions for the prior week, and then lookup the initial filing date from the case numbers.

It will take time to learn your craft-> learn your market -> establish credibility within that market-> build a client list -> close deals.

In addition, I’m wishing to connect & build relationships with local investor friendly agents in these areas who invest themselves, help clients with investing opportunities & are tapped into off-market listings.

Knoxville has a lot of runway for growth and by picking up 1 each year or 2 is a solid long term play. 

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to invest in any market confidently.As for picking a specific market - I would go after one with an increasing job and population growth.
