My personal opinion is that the peace of mind with a property mgmt company is worth it.

Which is very important, and hard to achieve with a person you just met (leads, open houses, Facebook groups) While you may work with 'strangers' from these groups in your career, typically you will work with folks you already have a relationship with.

I personally invest in Columbus and own 9 units here.

If you just wanted to know because you're a curious person, that's not covered.

If you don’t throw an @username of the person you’re responding to they will never know you responded.

It is easier to use as LLCs have requirements like separation of assets (personal and LLC assets are to be separate) in order to not be pierced for asset protection.
