What that means is that if you rest on your rights (to stop the bad neighbor with the violations I mentioned) you may well LOSE YOUR RIGHT to enforce against me.The place I live now allowed the above situation to develop over years.

I strongly suggest we dig up the 12 feet of pipe and replace it because evidently there are a couple spots big enough to where you will be having this problem every year with tree roots.Total cost, parts and labor, is $2,500 to:Remove and stack the bricks (there are bricks laid over where the piping is) but will not reinstall themDig up and replace 12' of 4" piping [he didn't mention what kind of piping] from clean out to septicPut copper sulfite at the joints to eliminate any risk of roots growing around new piping

This will require some html and css skills at a minimum but unlike the previously mentioned hosted domains your code will be portable if you upgrade later.If you plan on designing something professional with some modicum of support you will end up paying something.

I should also mention that the house backs up to our new lightrail tracks, so I'm hoping to deaden the noise with a few creative ideas - landscaping, etc.
