And instead of continuing to wait around, I have signed up to go to a meeting with the local REIA while starting to set incremental goals for myself to reach all throughout the year.I know the wholesale business is difficult and I will most likely encounter way more rejections before I get to a yes...it is a grind, but I think I have the mentality to handle it from my previous work exp in sales, and I'm ready to jump in and get my hands dirty and struggle a lot at the beginning.If there are any local BP Members who would like to connect, share, chat, or just get a free cup of coffee, feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to make a new friend :)

I've been working inside the health and fitness industry for 6 years now, and have taken several contracting jobs.

Both of these installations are wrong, health hazard, against the Code and should be immediately corrected.

All other health care expenses should be paid out of pocket that way people are less likely to abuse the system if they have to pay for things.

I'll work on my 2017 goals over the next couple weeks, but it will probably be more on physical and mental improvement, as that is something I have neglected lately, and want to save cash for my own deal, as I'm probably done with being a passive investor for a while, but at least have Fannie Mae cred now. 

He is now in his terrible 2's and I'm in the best health of my life. 

By the way, some years ago I had some had a health emergency that included a coma.

Maybe with the turtle - slow and steady mentality one day I can get a substantial income and keep all the profit for my hard work.I'm actually looking for land in rural areas to buy so I can put a mobile home on and resell owner finance that way.
